Celebrating our 30th year of Graduate Student Research Day! This day-long
event included oral and poster presentations by current Graduate School
students, as well as a key note address by our guest speaker.
This year's key note speaker will be Yale University's Dr. Thomas A. Steitz,
2009 Nobel Prize winner in Chemistry, Sterling Professor of Molecular
Biophysics & Biochemistry, Professor of Chemistry, and Investigator, Howard
Hughes Medical Institute.
Last year's guest speaker was Dr. Jeff Lichtman from Harvard
University.

Graduate Student Organization (GSO) Happy Hours |
| Throughout the year, the GSO sponsors
monthly Happy Hours for graduate students and postdocs at 5:30 p.m. in the
Student Lounge (located on the Ground floor off the Academic Lobby). Graduate students and postdocs are invited to come together for food, beverages, and a chance to relax and catch up with their friends and
